Payment methods

– Pay-pal;

– Credit cards;

– Bank transfer (the bank details will be sent to you in the order acceptance email);
– Cash on delivery, cash payments on delivery, the service is charged to the customer, it will be calculated by applying a cost equal to 1.5% of the amount. However, the cost cannot be less than €6.50.

Shipments

The couriers who take care of our UPS or PosteItaliane shipments. The courier will not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated on the basis of the weight and volume of the packaging. The cost of shipping starts from 4.27 euros; at the time of shipment you will receive an e-mail notification of shipment, including the identification code, which will allow you to track it on the Courier's website.

Delivery time

The products will be shipped within 2/3 working days of payment, with the exception of delays caused by our suppliers in delivering the goods to us. The availability of the products depends on our suppliers and may undergo variations not in real time and without notice. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or not available in the requested quantity, you will be contacted or informed about delivery times or the possible availability of similar items. If the delivery times are too long for you, you will be free to cancel the order and receive the corresponding refund.

Returns

The object can be returned if it does not comply with the description or does not conform to it (e.g. object made of glass and instead it is made of plastic, etc.). Returns are not accepted for differences in tone and discrepancies that do not imply the functionality of the object.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, anyone who purchases goods for purposes other than their professional activity (which do not indicate a VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations or pay penalties. To exercise this right, you have 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the goods and you must notify it by email to: info@beddamia.it. As soon as the notice of withdrawal has been received, we will inform the Customer of the methods for returning the goods, which must be received within 10 days of the authorisation. The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions: as provided for by the legislative decree 6/9/2005 n. 206 and article 55 of the Consumer Code. The law DL 22 May 1999 – n.185 art. 5 regulates the exercise of the right of withdrawal for those who purchase for private use, not related to their professional or commercial activity. In paragraph 3 of article 5 it is also specified that the right of withdrawal does not apply, however, for the supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods. Wedding favors fall into this case since they are packaged and personalized as per the customer's request (colours, decorations, sugared almonds, card printed with his data, etc.). For all other cases, you have the possibility to withdraw or cancel the purchase made, according to the current regulations on the matter. The right of withdrawal applies to the entire product and its accessories, it is not possible to withdraw only on a part of the product purchased. Once opened, the purchased good must be intact and well preserved as well as the original packaging and any accessories and attached documentation. Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess whether there are any damages or other damage not attributable to transport. The Customer is responsible for shipping the product until it is delivered to our premises. The cost of shipping is charged to the customer. In any case, we are not liable for damage, theft, loss or tampering of goods returned to us with uninsured shipments. The right of withdrawal is forfeited due to lack or damage to the original external packaging or to the original internal packaging, lack or damage to parts, accessories, product manuals or its damage for reasons other than transport. In this case the product will be returned to the buyer who will be charged for the shipping costs. Once the information necessary to establish the integrity of the product and all its parts, including the packaging, has been acquired and, once its integrity has been ascertained, the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase will be refunded. within 15 days of delivery of the product subject to the right of withdrawal. The Customer must take care to communicate the bank details (IBAN code) of an account in his name on which to make the refund.

It cannot therefore be considered a transaction concluded online or by mail order and the relationship is maintained with the owner of the affiliated shop in normal commercial premises.

Defects on the Supply

The customer has the obligation to report any defects found in the goods, within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the goods, by email to: info@beddamia.it undertaking in any case to keep the goods intact, in order to allow verification of the defects reported by the customer. After this term, the goods are considered accepted.
